1. If I need to do a online order, what the first step I need to do?
Select the "Customer Log In Bar" at the top of the right hand corner and then kindly complete your particular to register as one of our customer, in order to proceed the online order.
2. After the registration, what should I do next?
Go to 'Menu' and select the type of package you wish to order. Thereafter you can choose to elect the dishes/food item(s) you desire accordingly.
3. Type of equipment need to order?
You can select the type of equipment(s) needed for your function such as canopy, table, chair, cloth and etc. With a cost required.
4. After I complete choosing the menu, what should I do next?
Upon completing your selection, scroll to the top of the page and click 'Preview Order'. You can then check and verify your orders placed before you click the 'Submit' button. Click on the 'Submit' button to complete your online order.
5. How can I know whether my order is confirm?
Once we receive your "Order List", our company's customer service personal will contact you within 48 hours. He/ She will also re check on the validity of the date of your function before our confirmation of receipt of your order. Once your function is confirmed, our customer service will contact you to confirm the order through either fax or we will send out a copy of the 'confirmation contract' for your record.
